Upcoming Events

“പൊന്നോമനയുടെ ആദ്യ ഓണക്കോടി എം.കെ.എ. യുടെ ഉപഹാരം”.

New clothes are integral to Onam festivities. Elders gift ‘onakkodi’ or ‘onappudava‘ (‘kodi’ means new and ‘pudava’ means cloth in Malayalam) to younger members in the family.

Mississauga Kerala Association, with conviction to support and withhold this tradition like yesteryear, invites you to nominate your newborn celebrating their first Onam.
